Great education! Thank you for getting the word out. We are in a symbiotic relationship with the microbiomes of many different ecologies, that of ourselves, that of the cow and that of the soil. That is the path from UV to useful calorie in our body. Thank you for educating us on where true prosperity comes from.

“Nature’s renewable, tasty, biodegradable green-bladed solar panels”....that’s pure poetry. I had a bovine pal named Penny and watching her graze was pure delight. So calming. Have a good day.

This is the best article I have ever read. Even Harvard Medical School, once my client, has linked gut biome health to the brain and overall mental health as well as physical health. I sought out people in regenerative agriculture and learned a lot from them. Probably the healthiest I have ever been was when I dropped out of fancy-gal mode and shoveled horse and cow manure every morning in addition to cleaning up my diet considerably. The ranch I was on had not had any chemical fertilizers in over 30 years and I constantly had my hands in decent soil. I learned not to be such a “germ-a-phobe”, too. The most stunning thing was learning in my 40’s that I did not even know what real food looked like or was supposed to taste like since I had only shopped at grocery stores. Buying food from local farmers was quite the epiphany. This was an amazing article, thanks!
