This is clearly a travesty of justice. The boy may not have died or immediately gotten sick from the jab but that does not preclude that he won't in the future. What allowance is made for a timeline? But then, of course, they will have to provide proof of cause and effect so either way their hands are tied. Screwed. Good old Vermont. 🤮 Btw, when will Phil Scott give up the charade of being a Republican?

It is a violation or traditional rights even if he is not made ill. If a person is seriously sickened or killed by these "interventions," no amount of money will ever compensate them. But if wrongdoers (including schools administering jabs) have zero accountability, there is even greater risk to children. Phil is a Big Pharma shill, but at least this year (for once!) he actually worked with the GOP (a little -- he also openly endorsed progressive Jay Hooper in a run against two Republicans here in Orange County!!).

Of course, John. I was speaking strictly legal-wise, and I'm no atty! But now you are crossing over into humanitarian territory. How dare you! There's not a shred of anything humane in them which, from what I've read, is one of the effects of the jab. The other, IMO, is that they've all been brainwashed mk ultra style, seriously. The left covers all their bases don't they.

Not all. Like lawyers, no one likes them till they need one. And the antidote to a bad politician is a good one, just like cops and lawyers. :) Thanks Joe!!

Isn't that the truth! And I need one now but haven't been able to find one having already gone thru one bad one. A Harvard grad no less! It's just maddening. I have discovered in my later yrs that I should have become a lawyer. Oh well.

I would also like to point out the H5N1 hysteria, and the recent culling of millions of birds and cattle is entirely and completely about stirring up a frenzy so that the FDA/USDA will require mRNA H5N1 shots for all poultry and cattle (including backyard flocks and personal beeves). Aka bird flu = psyop to sell vaccines.

COVID was a psyop to sell vaccines.

If we choose to exist in a world without liability for vaccine manufacturers we will continue to see pain and suffering as a result.

Absolutely 100% correct! Anyone trying to give shots to my chickens or cows will be shot!

Keep it up John!!!!!

Since the legacy / mainstream “media” (which isn’t so mainstream anymore) is captured by the pharmaceutical industrial complex, is it no wonder they carry their water?!!!!!

Hopefully Bobby Kennedy can get in there and stop big pharma from advertising in the press (like the rest of the world). Such a disgrace.

It is doubly disgraceful -- do we blame the media without also faulting citizens for not investigating the truth. This isn't about fake science -- this is fake law! You don't need a chemistry or microbiology degree to understand that the Vermont decision allows forced jabs with no recourse unless someone dies or gets extremely ill (and even then, the federal administrative remedy is practically nothing). But what of the Vermont Law School, using our tax dollars to misrepresent the law and undermine our children's safety and Vermont parents' long-established rights? I'm just warming up -- why are we funding this disgraceful ideological "school" while it supports BLM paintings in front of our statehouse, constitutional amendments labeling Vermonters racist (and protecting transgenders but not Christians from discrimination), and doesn't hire a single conservative professor? It is nearly the lowest ranked law school in the nation, and can't achieve full enrollment because it is so pathetic. It's time someone said so, and this case is that time. Stay tuned!! I am furious that our law school threw all our children's and parents' rights under the Big Pharma bus with such arrogant impunity!! Time for some accountability!!

Thank you for bringing light to this John. You are getting at the heart of the matter. The PREP Act was about immunizing the immunizers from liability, but this case points out that there are third parties who act on behalf of the vaccine manufacturers (and are paid by taxpayers) to forcibly distribute their heinous products. The truth is that the critical word in this whole discussion is vaccine. This is about a cultural war over the word vaccine. Those who manufacture vaccines would like to keep that word holy, beyond reproach, and have no one enter the holy of holies to see what is really going on. The sad terrible truth is that I don’t think Pfizer and Moderna have a dollar in the Politella case, it is a mass formation of the cult of progressivism that vaccine is holier than thou. These are religious, not legal, discussions.

All legal and political issues involve moral facets -- the law of parental consent is about morally respecting the rights (and duties) of parents to rear their own children rather than have them become possessions of a sterile, secular State. Muslim, Hindu, Christian, Jew, atheist -- all can see the moral line overlaying the legal one. Vaccine lovers will push more people away with rulings like this. But consider in Vermont that they already administer puberty blockers and hormones to minor children behind parents' backs, and you can see the moral turf on which we wage this war. Where is the lawsuit for puberty blockers? And what conscience do "paternalistic" school administrators possess if they view puberty blockers as OK despite parental objection? Vaccines are a no brainer for such ideologues, compared to gender drugs.

It is unconscionable. Keep fighting the fight. I think it is helpful to point out to opponents that wherever the state comes down in illogical/illegal ways that there are large corporate interests who have big money to make. This is the most useful heuristic for understanding why we get corruption and illegality.

Mr. Klar please watch your 6. The big pharma boys are unafraid to play dirty.

I am very grateful, for both the encouragement and the caution. I agree with you that "This is the most useful heuristic for understanding why we get corruption and illegality."

I appreciate the 6-watch caution. But I am a bug splatting kamikaze at their windshield. I was made for this. I am a stone they cannot financially bleed, and the facts are their enemy. I expect they are reading these words. I will not be deterred. They had best watch their corporate, demonic 6!

So if the Vt supreme court rubber stamps this outright travesty, I hope there is a path to the US Supreme Court that can have an opportunity to overturn our corrupt state judiciary...assuming they aren't hopelessly corrupt too. Meanwhile, parents everywhere need to wake up and get their kids out of public schools.

I know it’s not exactly the same issue but it’s the same principle at stake. I’m thinking of the court battles that Jehovahs Witnesses went through over unwanted blood transfusions given to their children (there are alternative treatments) Nowadays even some of the highest respected physicians would not dream of administering blood and thank the jw’s for bringing this issue up. !!!( go on jw.org and type “Blood Transfusions” in the search box for further info , some going right back to 1950s ) The battle was eventually won.

Parents have God-given rights over their children and I find it interesting that nearly 25yrs ago Dr Jeffrey McCullough said “If red blood cells were a new drug today, it would be very difficult to get it licensed”

But that was then! It seems all ethics of every description ,not just in medical matters , have been thrown away as the greedy Money god is now worshipped. So what do we expect?

I have said it before and will say it again. I believe here in Vermont that we are the test grounds for the elitists programs. We are small enough and widely dispersed to implement their programs of control. The Vermont Supreme Court is a disgrace ( as with many other parts of the governing bodies) and the progressive (?) legislature is a body that does what it wants under the guise of 'fighting social injustice'. When I moved here 20 years, Burlington was a nice place to visit. Now, with its 'full blue leaning', it has turned into a s***hole!

Oh wow, you write for Brownstone Institute. I love reading that publication. In Colorado, the Jefferson County Chief of Schools was fired and investigated for possession of child pornography in December. It is not safe to send children to public school. The district my children attended was well-funded but a former sheriff, Patrick Sullivan, who was busted for trading meth amphetamine for sex with young men in a Denver park, was placed in charge of security for the district. Tantamount to the fox guarding the henhouse. It’s untenable and I simply cannot believe that public school can be made safe for children. I spent copious hours volunteering in the district when my children were students. It was disillusioning. But vaccinating children without parental consent, sexual predators in the system, passing students who cannot read, teaching weird gender ideology…what is worth saving? A woman who used to be a teacher told me I should not be willing to throw the baby out with the bath water when it comes to my sentiments about our education system. However, when the bath water is filthy, it’s time to dump it.

Expand full comment
John Klar's avatar

There is no longer any baby in the bathwater argument because this ideological baloney is truly harmful. But aside from loss of parental rights (even in medicine) and "theories" that pollute young minds with hate, math and test scores continue to decline. There is no baby left -- they through test scores out in their zeal to indoctrinate.

John, have you tried to get on with Tucker Carlson? (His web site has a tip line). You have an interesting story all on your own and I’m sure he’d be interested in this case especially since it’s going to the Supreme Court. An interview would be a great way to bring national attention and awareness plus fund raise. I think this moment in time is providential due to Covid ….all the mothers who were targeted by the FBI for speaking out at school board meetings, lost jobs, school shutdowns etc etc. There has been an awakening in the country that Trump was able to tap into. Those gnats in the press are NOTHING compared to the power of social media. Thank God for Elon and X, Joe Rogan, and Tucker. Finally we the people have a voice again!

I contacted Tucker's tip line months ago, but I am not surprised -- the case is not actually "going to the Supreme Court" unless the Court accepts our Writ. If that happens, we will likely join Tucker.... :)
