Just wonder where is police in all of this, or even IBF (backwards please..) given that huge amount of property damage..? Maybe a shield with warning for serious consequences of actions like this around every single Tesla shop, manufacturing facility could help? A penalty of few years not just sitting around and being a useless eater, but working and learning under a supervision in a Tesla factory;))?
