I'd love to know how much energy actually goes into these EVs; manufacturing, powering, and disposing of them. How much unredeemable waste do they create?
Seems to me hydrocarbon fuels remain the best bet. Runaway global warming appears to be a belief system, based on traumatic mind control, that is, fearmongering.
After all, the carbon underground came from organisms, hence "fossil fuels". There used to be a lot more carbon in the atmosphere, captured and sequestered underground as coal and oil.
As technology "progresses" it needs to be sold, even if it isn't actually needed. Nothing sells like fear, though!
Where would I find a straightforward description of the issues in recycling batteries and solar panels, including discussion of innovative techniques which might or might not be developed in the coming decades? And, along the same lines, what can be done with wind farms?
