As far as spraying the skies in the northeast by the feds, I believe we are one of the testing grounds. The old saying applies here, " If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, there is a very good chance it is a duck!" ( paraphrased)
I tried to remain objective, but we have watched the trails here for years. Most days, there is zero air traffic; on others, it looks like we are being plowed like a field, a visible grid. They are definitely doing something. I don't trust them at all, and must assume it is sinister or, at best, folly.
