I think many Maine residents are likely fully behind this initiative. It's critical to assure integrity in voting and restoring fairness in elections. Many Maine citizens are fed up with the likes of Governor Janet Hill and the perfidious so-called Republican, Senator Susan Collins who are both an embarrassment to the people who struggle to make a living away from the coastal cities and college towns. The influx of "migrants" living off the Welfare State is altering their natural compassion for others. The above- mentioned politicians do not represent the values of most Mainers. This initiative could help end the ranked choice voting that was foisted on them several years ago, after probably election fraud ousted popular Governor Paul Lepage several years back

I really think Mills has chosen a foolish hill on which to make a stand. And, as Stephanie observed, I suspect that most Mainers would think biological males playing in women's sports absurd. (Spoken as a Texan who loves Maine and would live there [in the summers] if he could afford it.) Now, can Trump prevent the flow of federal monies into non-complying states? Who knows? Regardless, Congress needs to keep pushing the issue despite yesterday's insanity of the Democratic senators.
