I am a mid size rancher with 700-800 cattle on hand at all times. We use very little round up today but we do use herbicides. We have tried to stop but had to go back to them. I am not for exempting manufacturers from liability. However, I have not seen a plan for moving forward once round up and herbicides are no longer available. I own 25 of Kit Pharo’s bulls and have read all the books published buy the Stockman Grass Farmer. If this problem is ever going to be solved it won’t happen by encouraging the discontinued use of the chemical products. It will require a plan to move from present(wide spread use) to a future where 8 billion people can be feed without their use and a path to survival for Ag producers. For this reason my farming/ranching neighbors will not support what you, Malone, Nass and others are pushing. As things currently stand you guys threaten their already challenged livelihood. And mine too, as far as that goes.
