Re: washing synthetic clothing: I live in an older house with elderly plumbing. I began to notice poor drainage in the pipe draining my kitchen and laundry. Conventional drain cleaners didn't work. Roto-Rooter service was required. Since then I have kept a wire lint trap in the drain of my set-tub where the washing machine effluent goes. The lint from polyester and acrylic clothes is much denser and abundant than from cotton clothing. The same observation goes for the dryer filter.

What is significant about that is wearing cotton or linen or sleeping in such sheets may be more likely to allow our bodies'biofields interact with more sensitivity & compatibly with each other. Plastic polymers insulated us well thermally but impair our ability to relate to each other, another form of social distancing that has been foisted on us
