A well-known herbalist (I think it was Rosemary Gladstar) recommends that tea drinkers who use teabags, get the ones held with a staple rather than those that are sealed with glue around the edges due to the toxins in the glue.
Re: washing synthetic clothing: I live in an older house with elderly plumbing. I began to notice poor drainage in the pipe draining my kitchen and laundry. Conventional drain cleaners didn't work. Roto-Rooter service was required. Since then I have kept a wire lint trap in the drain of my set-tub where the washing machine effluent goes. The lint from polyester and acrylic clothes is much denser and abundant than from cotton clothing. The same observation goes for the dryer filter.
Our biofields have frequencies that natural fibers like cotton or linen enhance, compared with artificial fibers. What is significant about that is wearing cotton or linen or sleeping in such sheets may be more likely to allow our bodies'biofields interact with more sensitivity & compatibly with each other. Plastic polymers insulated us well thermally but impair our ability to relate to each other, another form of social distancing that has been foisted on us
John, I do t know where I first came across you, your farm and our shared ideals, but so am happy to find you again on Substack!
I do 95% of the above already. I grow my own, or buy/trade with my local beyond organic producers. We actually started a market out here called the Paonia producers market. We’re not regulated because we sell to each other like a farm share or her share. And we are beyond organic. Good to find you again.
Some alternative health practitioners say that supplementation with quite an amount of iodine helps with getting rid of the toxic plastic residuals. Whether it is true or not, high doses of iodine are always great, it healed my and my fathers skin cancer, but it needs to be really concentrated to 15%.. Oh and one more, Japanese came out with a device which turns the long chain plastic polymers back into FLAMMABLE hydrocarbons, i.e. gasoline.. Why nobody is interested in spreading those, not sure, just can imagine, Rockefellers do not like this idea.
