Maybe he is senile when he wants to be, maybe not! But he most certainly was not when he, illegally took those documents from the White House and then kept them. If this was a cold case it wouldn't matter if he killed someone when he was young, I would assume, he would be in jail no matter how old or senile he was. This is definitely a two tiered justice system at work in this country!

Yes and no. Yes it is obviously two-tiered. (OJ was innocent!) However, I can prove an old murder with forensic evidence or witness testimony other than the accused. In this case they had to prove intent, and his hazy memory impacted their ability to extract proof of that. Possessing the documents alone was insufficient (that would be "strict liability); in this case they need to prove intent: that he knowingly mishandled documents he knew to be top secret. Also, jury sympathy was a factor --- the benevolent, senile old guy.

He's never been in charge. He's a puppet. Both the P and the VP. Puppets.

Just more proof that once again the lefts worldview is based upon lies. IE we aren’t charging him for his criminal behavior because he isn’t mentally aware of his own behavior. Oh but he is still sharp enough to be the President. Fact is he is a criminal he did the criminal acts as a senator and Vice President and he knew better. Fact he is mentally not capable of being President now. We all see it and he proved it in spades at the press conference you can not unsee what the world saw that day.

The Deep State wants him out! He needs to last until the Convention. That is the first time he can safely step down without Harris becoming the president and therefore the nominee. He will step down, as the nominee (but remain president) and the DNC will put forth another horse, probably the governor of California.
