Health for me is the the way I think. I'll be 72 next month, I still work my business as a remodeler/craftsman meaning I do the work and not have a crew. I am in good health, I take no pharmaceuticals, I do self care and I do not have a doctor. I know my body better than anyone else. I have studied nutrition and the food that I put in body and the way I think determines my health and way-of-being. People have said I am lucky. I'm not lucky, I just know the rules better than most. Let me ask a question: If you are playing a game and you know the rules better than everyone else, do you think you are going to be better at the game? The propaganda of the pharmaceutical industry is mind boggling. Just look at all these new commercials for all these new (drugs?). Everything from itchy skin to 'God-know-what!'. People have gotten very lazy in their lifestyles and they want the easy fix. They also get the consequences. The last five years tells a very valid story. Fear was created and it set off a firestorm of the majority of people to run and take an 'experimental' something that is proving to be anything but a vaccination. Even that word turns my stomach now! Many younger people that I have come across are very disillusioned about their health and frankly I can't blame them. We are all different people and there is no one 'cure-all' for everyone. Self responsibility is the key in these times.... at least that is the way I see it!

The biggest culprits seem to be ultra-processed foods and a decline in exercise??? Maybe you missed the new study. https://slaynews.com/news/study-exposes-massive-life-expectancy-plunge-covid-vaxxed/
