Why a Mandatory COVID Vaccine is Unconstitutional

A mandatory COVID-19 vaccine might save lives, but that doesn't mean it would be constitutional.  Many say, “We must do what the doctors say," without any thought for constitutional restrictions.  Neither medical nor constitutional factors may properly be analyzed in a vacuum.  When they're brought together, there is no question that a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination law would conflict violently with the U.S. Constitution.
