My interview about parental consent and COVID-19 vaccines
I recently participated in an interview discussing the Maine Supreme Court’s decision last week ruling that parents there — as in Vermont — have no right to sue school or medical officials who administer COVID-19 shots without (or against) parental consent. The Vermont and Maine rulings mean parents’ only legal recourse is through the federal PREP Act, which authorizes recovery only if claimants demonstrate a willful administration of a vaccine that results in death or bodily injury.
These legal rulings have very real implications for parental rights in Vermont and around the nation. I discuss in this interview with Jim Garrison at Humanity Rising the legal construction that permits such a heinous outcome. Congress did not enact a law intending to shield schools and other officials from longstanding rights to informed consent and bodily autonomy. Yet these and other courts have construed the PREP Act to protect those jabbing children from accountability even where parents are not alleging harms from vaccines but from inept or even deliberate failures to respect their wishes and the bodily integrity of their children.

As in many issues today, I believe these lawmakers (?) are acting in the interests of a higher power (and not necessarily a good one!) to circumvent the rights of the individual. They test the market and see what the reaction is... when there is no reaction they take it a bit further... the cycle continues....all it takes is a bit of graft. Graft will always be there as long as the consciousness of man is solely focused on money and not on the interest of the human being.......

This “authorization of recovery “ on its face is absurd. What’s the time frame? What if the child grows up to be sterile? What if it takes many years for auto immune diseases to kick in. None of it will be “Provable” or directly relatable and they know it even though study after study is showing all these things (including heart issues and cancer) can result from the spike protein. Disgusting and disgraceful. Get em John!
